We are a Diabetes one stop shop for Continuous Glucose Monitor and Insulin Pumps equipments in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.

Overview

Manages the orientation, presentation, and medical devices sales process, complying with established policies and procedures in conjunction with the laws and regulations applicable to the industry. Handle incoming and outoging calls from prospective clients including SMS chats, identifying their eligibility, and fosters interest to guide them on the medical devices plans offered by the company, according to the established protocol. Makes several cold calls to promote optimal service.

Responsibilities:

  • Makes telephone sales strictly following the authorized scripts and complying with the company’s standards, policies, and procedures, in conjunction with the laws and regulations applicable to our industry.
  • Answers incoming calls (Inbound) and carries out call campaigns using the corresponding script (depending on the line of business). Manages calls and SMS messages according to the prospective client's needs and generates "leads" or referrals at their request or according to instructions, in conjunction with the laws and regulations applicable to the industry.
  • Verifies the prospect's eligibility for any of the products offered, abiding by internal policies, laws, and established regulations.
  • Complies with the quality of each referral ("lead") by carefully following and studying the authorized scripts to ensure a high-quality call, improving the chances of a successful closing for the sales personnel. Makes use of their etiquette skills on every call to guarantee the best possible service.
  • Updates the line of business's corresponding databases with the exact information of each of the prospects with whom interacted by telephone, according to the campaign, goals, instructions, and training provided.
  • Shares, in an organized and timely manner, the reports with supervisor.
  • Properly handles the applications and technological resources provided to facilitate the processes handled in the unit.
  • Refers to any service request resulting from calls.
  • Refers to their supervisor for any situation that calls for their intervention so they can take the corresponding action.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Fourth year of high school and at least (2) two years of sales experience, preferably in the health insurance industry or a related field.
  • Languages: Spanish –Intermediate (writing, reading, conversational, and comprehension)
    English –Intermediate (writing, reading, conversational, and comprehension)
  • Excellent organization’s skills (monitoring and reporting).
  • Ability to work in collaboration with colleagues and staff to create individual and team results (team-oriented environment).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation and leadership skills (able to sell the product, personalized service and influence opinioned leaders).
  • Capability to manage priorities and workflow.
