The Vineyards Country Club is a premier private club known for its exceptional service, luxury amenities, and warm hospitality. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Part-Time Weekend Concierge to enhance the experience of our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide information about club amenities, events, and services.
• Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
• Assist with coordinating transportation, dining, and event bookings.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure seamless service.
• Address member concerns or requests promptly and courteously.

Qualifications:

• Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservation systems is a plus.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
