Description Oversee and manage multifamily shell construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts, addressing any issues or changes as they arise. Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, inspections, and meetings. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or budgets. Profile Proven experience in project management within the shell contracting or multifamily construction sector. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Proficient in construction management software and tools.
