Reedy & Company Relators LLC Seeks Licensed Plumber!

Reedy & Company Relators LLC is searching for a qualified and experienced plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties we manage.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of plumbing problems, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
• Install, maintain, and repair pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections to identify and address potential problems before they occur.
• Collaborate with property managers, tenants, and other contractors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety regulations.
• May be required to prepare estimates and invoices for completed work.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Tennessee (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Clean MVR
