We are a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Client Logistics Coordinator.

What You'll Do:

Become a logistics expert: Learn the ins and outs of the transportation industry, including Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload, and Intermodal.
Provide exceptional customer service: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing prompt and efficient support.
Manage day-to-day operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for key customer accounts, including load planning, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Account Managers, Freight Audit & Pay teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Optimize logistics processes: Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Continuously learn and grow: Embrace new challenges and continuously develop your knowledge of the logistics industry and our internal systems.
What You'll Bring:

Customer service experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Organizational and time management skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
