Soar Transportation is seeking CDL A OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Drivers in the Southern US. Now more than ever, great people are needed to get the job done. As part of our SOAR team, you'll serve an impressive roster of clients, hauling temperature-controlled freight in late model, well-equipped trucks.Compensation
- Annual pay: $200,000+ average gross pay
- Earn $1.40 for every loaded mile
- Receive an additional $0.01 per year of service, up to a cap of $1.45
- Enjoy a 100% pass-through fuel surcharge based off of weekly D.O.E. National Average
- Earn 50 CPM on dispatched empty miles

- Physical Damage: 3.40% of tractor value weekly (ex. $150,000.00 * 3.40% / 52 weeks = $98.08 weekly)
- Non-Trucking Liability - $ 6.69 per week
- Workers Comp or OCC/ACC - $30.23 per week
- Passenger Insurance (optional) - $3.23 per week
- Truck Supplement (optional) - $4.15 per week
- Deductible Buyback (opotional) - $21.38
- Federal Heavy Use Tax 2290- $10.58 per week
- Permits and Plates - $44.23 per week
- Driver Tech Unit- $16.00 per week
- Trailer Rental Fee - $100.00 per week
- Contractor Engagement Fee - $62.50 per week until $2.500 and full refundable after 12 months
- Operating ESO - $.08 per mile and cap at $10,000 (maintenance/downtime account)
- Fuel and Mileage Tax - $0.0125 per mile
- Pre-Pass - $4.00 per week
- Trans-flo - $10.00 per week
- Additional Cost: Scales, Truck washers, tolls, tickets, MVR, garnishments, fuel, oil, DOT physicals, TWIC/escort fees, load locks, and ANY maintenance repairs or costs MUST be paid by the Contractor. Perks

- Must have physical damage insurance, bobtail/non-trucking liability, occupational accident coverage, general liability coverage Qualification
- Must have valid CDL A License
- 23 years of age
- Minimum 1 year over the road experience
- At least 6 monthgs of reefer or dry can experience in the last 36 months
- Clean MVR and driving history
- Solid work history
- Clean background
- Operates under SOAR authority
- Must reside in one of the following locations: TN (Memphis & Nashville only), OK, AR, TX (Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio only) Soar founded in 2002 with the goal of becoming a premier refrigerated carrier that would offer a superior experience to its truck drivers—as well as its shippers.
