Our client is seeking a Wireless Network Engineer to join their team. As a Wireless Network Engineer, you will be part of the Professional Services department supporting various customer accounts. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong consulting and client-facing abilities, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Drive technology design, implementation, execution, and optimization for customer projects/accounts.
• Work with customers to plan, design, configure, and diagnose cisco products, services, and solutions to accelerate customer outcomes.
• Assist customers with integration and implementation of tools, systems, and service assurance.
• Support presale activities and translate business requirements into solution design.
• Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate complex problems and compatibility issues.

What's Needed?

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Cisco Wi-Fi portfolio, including 9800 Wireless Controllers and Meraki MR design and deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Cisco Wi-Fi solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify viable and innovative options.
• Strong RF design background, including distribution center designs and outdoor RF design.
• Requires a BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience in the IT industry.
