Join our dynamic team in Louisville, KY, as a Welder/Fabricator! We are seeking skilled individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to exciting projects.

This is a great opportunity to join a premier fabrication shop in the Louisville area.

This opportunity will be 2nd shift. The hours are 1:30pm-12:00pm M-Thurs. Overtime is offered and pay will based on a weld test and overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) techniques to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator, with a strong understanding of welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
