- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities
-Ensuring all orders are accurately prepared for shipment in compliance with customer requirements as stated in their Vendor Compliance Guides
-Establishing the most efficient prepping and staging scenario to help facilitate the loading of trucks the following morning
-Provide coaching, feedback and development to team-members, ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
-Routine observation of the sorting lanes to ensure they are staffed properly throughout the night.
-Supervise a staff consisting of drivers, auditors, scanners, and material handlers
-Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and orderly department using QA and 5S guidelines -Follow Distribution Center Standard Operating Procedures
-Create daily goals for employees
