(CSU) seeks an outstanding leader to serve as its next Vice President for the Division of University Operations and Chief Financial Officer (VPDUO/CFO). Reporting to the President, the VPDUO/CFO serves as a key visionary and innovative member of the presidential leadership team and will play a pivotal role in addressing multiple priorities while cultivating, evaluating, and implementing innovative ideas and strategies that further the goals of the university’s academic and land grant missions. The VPDUO/CFO oversees a broad portfolio including the Finance team, Facilities Management, and Safety and Risk in addition to division support. The VPDUO/CFO oversees a budget of nearly $1.5 billion, a 35-person leadership team, and a division of more than 850 team members. The VPDUO/CFO also serves as the liaison to the Administrative Professional Council, State Classified Personnel Council and Association of Students of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., and oversees many university initiatives and programs such as Commitment to Campus and Strategic Partnerships. Additionally, the VPDUO/CFO works with the CSU System and the other system universities (CSU Pueblo and CSU Global). As CFO, the VPDUO/CFO’s primary focus is to ensure the integrity of the financial processes and reporting of the University. The successful candidate will be a creative, innovative, and collaborative leader who understands the complexities of a large, multi-faceted public research institution. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant area and a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and/or administration is required. An advanced degree is preferred. Compensation Package Total Annual Compensation Range: $360,000 - $390,000.
