A company in Laguna Woods is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Assistant to start immediately. This is a temporary position expected to last about 2 months, but may be extended. This position involves mostly administrative and coordination duties, no HR experience is necessary but it is a big plus if you have any HR or Recruiting experience. The pay rate is $20-22 an hour based on experience, there is a possibility for slightly higher pay if you have HR and/or Recruiting experience.

• Assist in the recruiting process to attract top talent.
• Coordinate job postings and schedule interviews, screen resumes and manage onboarding processes
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote a positive workplace culture through conflict resolution and effective communication.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• HR-related administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Human Resources or Recruiting experience highly preferred.
• Spanish is a big plus, but not necessary
