We are searching for a Staging Coordinator in Dallas, TX.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all staging inventory in a warehouse for show services, hotels, and branch offices.
  • Drape
  • Lecterns
  • Custom Stairs
  • Stage Set props and pieces
  • Stage Decor
• Pull staging inventory for Show & Event Services and Hospitality events
• Travel with show services to set for shows
• QC and organize staging inventory in R2
• Lead up custom builds for show services
• Lead all purchases of new staging for Show & Event Services and Hospitality
• Work with creative on renders for Show & Event Services
• Train locations on how to use our staging inventory and set it up
• Repair or replace damaged staging inventory
• Additional tasks as needed

This position requires the following skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Sound understanding of directions given
• Must be able to squat, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel
