What you get to do:

• Leverage modern sales and recruitment strategies to connect with top talent and businesses 
• Identify and engage potential clients in need of Randstad's workforce solutions 
• Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers 
• Create partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
• Drive results through high volume sales activities (lots of cold calls, drops, and on-site client meetings)
• Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential
• Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
• Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates 
• Market talent to make certain they land the right job
• Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of outbound B2B/B2C sales experience 
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred 
• Proven track record of excelling in the past roles 
• Strong technical competency and ability to leverage digital tools 
• Results driven mindset with success in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills 
• Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
• Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
