Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district team in Indiana. This remote position provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development through individualized therapy plans and engaging online sessions.

As an SLP, you will work directly with students to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support, all while collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best outcomes for each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate speech and language needs
Develop and implement customized therapy plans based on individual student goals
Lead interactive online therapy sessions that engage students and foster progress
Maintain accurate records and track student progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support

Job Requirements:

Active licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Indiana
Previous experience in a school-based setting (preferred)
Proficiency with telecommunication software for virtual therapy sessions
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively
