Job Description:

- Provide translation and interpretation services for the claims team during calls, emails, and documentation.
- Assist in translating client communications and policy-related documents from Spanish to English and vice versa.
- Facilitate effective communication between Spanish-speaking clients and the claims team.
- Ensure all translated materials are accurate and clear to maintain proper understanding of claims processes.
- Help coordinate meetings or interviews between claims team and Spanish-speaking clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Respond to urgent requests for translation support as needed.
