Job Description: Reporting to the VP of Digital Technologies, the purpose of this position is to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust integration solutions that enhance transportation operational efficiency, streamline processes, and support the fleet operation’s strategic objectives. By leveraging advanced technical skills and a quick learning ability, this role aims to drive innovation, address complex integration challenges, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with the company’s evolving needs. The Application Integration Engineer will also provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and ensure the successful execution of integration projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. Development & Implementation: Rapidly develop, configure, and implement integrations using middleware tools, APIs, and custom scripting. Data Management: Oversee accurate data exchange between systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Automation: Create automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency. Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams. Troubleshooting & Support: Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance issues. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of integration processes, configurations, and changes. Skills Required: Integration Platforms: Extensive experience with integration platforms such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Workato, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies. API Management: Proficient in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Maximo Integration: Experience integrating IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems. Samsara Integration: Familiarity with integrating Samsara fleet management and IoT platforms. Zonar Integration: Familiarity with Zonar is a strong plus. Data Transformation & ETL: Strong knowledge of data transformation, ETL processes, and tools. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Security: Understanding of security protocols and best practices in integration. Version Control: Experience with version control systems such as Git. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in application integration, with a focus on enterprise systems. Proven ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and integration tools. Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certification in relevant technologies is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fountain
