Position Summary :

As a member of the Marketing Team, you will draw on your rich SEO & copywriting experience in curating meaningful branded content that connects emotionally and converts into measurable business results.

As the SEO Copywriter and Editor, you will lead the strategies in expanding our digital brand presence through compelling high-performing content across a broad range of projects (including PDP keyword optimizations on eCommerce and owned sales channels, campaign launches, print, web, mobile, video, and social media.) Projects will be diverse in nature, including headlines and sub headlines, supporting copy, product descriptions, brand/program awareness materials, sales collateral, presentations, themes, campaign development, and much more.

The SEO Copywriter will work in a highly collaborative way with others on the marketing and creative teams, as well those from Product Development, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging for business needs.

You must be versatile in many different types of communications (both technical and ad copy) and possess the ability to move quickly and comfortably between multiple projects. You have a high level of comfort with a full range of content creation considerations.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Curate and optimize product descriptions, category pages, and landing pages for our eCommerce owned website channels, improving our search ranking and conversion rates.
• Give voice to our brand across both print and digital assets at every touchpoint with our customers.
• Own the copy writing and SEO calendar to ensure assets are delivered in a timely manner.
• Understand target audience to translate copy and design into compelling creative messaging.
• Develop compelling copy that differentiates across our family of brands, is right for our customers and helps to aggressively drive key initiatives across industry verticals.
• Write all levels of copy for digital and offline media, ensuring that style, tone, and voice are appropriately aligned with intended audience and client brand
• Ensure written materials are clear, concise, and persuasive to help bring the creative strategy to life.
• Collaborate and work closely with internal teams to participate in all stages of the creative process - from brainstorming to conceptual development - to serve a wide content audience and business needs.
• Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with B2B and B2C audiences that drives action and adoption.
• Manage time and establish priorities while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing demands.
• Ensure all written and marketing deliverables are edited and proofed for client reviews and final delivery.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates and content marketing best practices.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in English or a related major.
• 3+ years of relevant experience writing B2B and B2C for marketing communications, compelling ad copy, copywriting, content strategy or a related field.
• Passionate for brand building and giving voice to our visual brand language.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword search, and optimization techniques.
• Familiar with Amazon and Google platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience in conceptual writing in marketing or advertising, web, product, brand messaging and promotional copy.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively.
• Must possess excellent project management, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with the eCommerce sales, B2B sales, design, and PD department.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Able to work independently.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken essential.
