Job Title: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Position Overview:
The Senior Interior Designer will play a key role in leading and managing the interior design process for luxury residential projects from concept to completion. This individual will be responsible for understanding and interpreting client needs, developing sophisticated design concepts, and collaborating with a dynamic team to bring these visions to life. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury design, a strong client focus, and the ability to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically stunning interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budgetary considerations. Guide clients through the entire design process to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their vision.

• Design Concept Creation: Lead the creation of bespoke interior design concepts that align with client expectations, brand standards, and project goals. Present and refine design concepts based on client feedback.

• Material and Finish Specification: Select and specify high-end materials and finishes that enhance the overall design vision while meeting client budget and project requirements.

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Project Delivery, Construction, Estimating, and Marketing, to ensure smooth execution of design concepts and adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Design Execution: Oversee execution of design plans, ensuring all design elements are implemented with precision, quality, and attention to detail.

• Workflow Integration: Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Construction, Accounting) to support the efficient delivery of design services, including tracking project progress and addressing any challenges that may arise.

• Project Performance: Monitor the project’s design progress, ensuring that it stays within budget, timeline, and scope while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end design, with a strong portfolio showcasing projects.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with high-profile clients.
