Who we are looking for:

VML is seeking highly conceptual and creative Senior Art Director with strong design skills, a strong creative mindset and proven background to join our world class creative team. We're looking for someone with both confidence and inspiration. Someone who possesses a talent for transforming great ideas into award-winning creative, and has a passion for visual storytelling. We are looking for a creative who enjoys selling their ideas as much as they love crafting them.
What you'll bring:

• Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable art direction skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
• Polished client presentation skills demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses the client challenge
• Talent to inspire clients and team members with great visual design
• Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development
• Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment

What you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree, design and advertising emphasis preferred
• 5 plus years of experience in an agency setting

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $60,000-$140,000 USD
