Role Responsibilities:
Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Job Qualifications:
Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.Job Qualifications:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nClear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.\r\nCommitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity\r\nA background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.\r\nAt least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.\r\nAbility to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\r\nStrong Social Media presence preferred.\r\nMust have reliable transportation to the location.\r\nMust live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.\r\nAbility to operate a personal computer.\r\nAdhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.\r\n\r\n\r\nWorking Conditions:\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to lift up to 10 pounds.\r\nAbility to bend, squat, and stretch for purposes of inventory and stocking.\r\nRequirement to stand for long periods of time in order to provide the best customer service (with or without reasonable accommodation).\r\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to follow instructions to completion.\r\nProblem solves under pressure.
