We are actively looking to hire Recruiters to join our growing recruiting team that is based in downtown San Francisco! We are working in a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week onsite, so we're targeting local candidates.
This is an entry-level position that offers a thorough training program with both team and one-on-one support. You will be offered a base salary with bonus and commission potential, in addition to a full benefits package.
In this role, you will be responsible for finding and delivering candidates to our clients to fulfill their hiring needs.

What You Will Do:
Nationwide full lifecycle recruiting of candidates (this includes sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, extending offers, etc.)
Conduct phone screens and match candidates to positions
Manage candidate expectations, coordinate interviews with clients, handle offers and coordinate the onboarding of hires
Hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs and goals
Tap into traditional and non-traditional data sources such as job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining, etc.
Heavy market research on candidate skill sets, demographics, and hiring trends
Write and edit job marketing content, SEO, and post jobs to boards & other social media networks
Qualifications:
Must have a 4-year college degree
Must have 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking position
Previous experience working with people
Must have great communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, and be a competitive team player
