Russell Tobin is seeking a Quality Project Manager for an American multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Job Title: Quality Project Manager
Location: Maplewood, MN (On-Site)
Job Type: Contract
Length: 12-Months
Hours: 40 hours/week, 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $60 - $70 per hour

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Manages allocation and oversight of quality contract staff supporting the Company separation effort across businesses, with a focus on product rebranding, to ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Updates and maintains quality planning documentation, drives task closure, ensures compliance to process.
  • Reviews and approves the work of others to ensure accurate content and compliance to process.
  • Collaborates with Rebranding Program Leaders to prioritize staffing allocation and work.
  • Communicates progress and task closure, escalates issues related to quality, staffing, or timeline attainment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quality field.
  • 10+ years of work experience in Medical Device and/or Drug Quality.
  • Demonstrated project leadership or management experience.

Preferred:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Power BI.
  • Excellent technical writing skills
  • Effective team and peer collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively navigate multiple systems related to inventory or document management such as SAP or ENOVIA/PLM
  • Experience with statistical sampling requirements related to component/process qualifications.
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
