Job Description

A reputable and leading design-build client of ours is seeking a Project Manager to add to their team. The ideal candidate will be have 5 years experience managing heavy highway and bridge construction projects. A strong aptitude for managing claims and change orders is ideal.

RESPONSIBILITIES**

Scheduling of projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines Acting as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors Mentoring and training junior engineers within the region Responsible for client invoicing and AR cash collections. Understanding of engineering science and technology, design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 5 years experience as a APM/PE/Project Manager 5 years of DOT heavy highway and bridge construction experience Well-versed in working with and managing subcontractors Strong aptitude for managing claims and change orders Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree
