Job Title: Production Supervisor

\nReports to: Value Stream Leader
\nGENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
\nThe Production Supervisor directly supervises up to 25+ employees. Manages multiple complex priorities while leading a team. Assists with the execution of production plans while ensuring the safety of all employees and collaborates on the development of standard work procedures to ensure quality products prior to validation.

\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent
\nExperience: 2+ years in a manufacturing role. 1+ years’ experience in the development and implementation of standard work procedures. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or 2 years of experience working with Loram manufacturing/equipment.
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
\nEducation: Associate Degree in Electrical, Fluid Power, or technical certification in a skilled trade.
\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
\nLicenses/Certifications: Maintain railroad safety training and certifications. Green Belt and lead on Kaizen events or continuous improvement project
