Our client in the Sayreville area is seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to support their expanding team. This role is open due to growth and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for office staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Handle light HR responsibilities, including onboarding, benefits coordination, and assisting with employee inquiries.
  • Support office-wide technology and operational needs—experience with Sage is a plus but not required.
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities to keep everything running seamlessly.
  • Assist leadership with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent people skills to manage diverse tasks and personalities.
  • Some HR experience (onboarding, benefits, or employee support) is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools—familiarity with Sage is helpful but not required.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, growing environment.
