Job Summary:
As a Night Club Security Guard, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff within the nightclub premises. You will enforce venue policies and regulations to prevent disturbances, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and handle situations that may arise with professionalism and efficiency. Your primary objective is to provide excellent customer service while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all individuals on the premises.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
• Must have an active security guard D license.
• Must have a valid FL driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to nightclub operations.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or other relevant training is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle potentially stressful or confrontational situations with professionalism and tact.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings as required by law and employer policies.
