This recent high school graduate is brimming with potential, and we believe the sky's the limit. Were looking for a dedicated, patient, and compassionate mentor to guide her through this exciting transition.

About the Role:

Our young graduate is a non-speaker who has made incredible strides using Spelling to Communicate (S2C), a facilitated communication method. With a focus on apraxia and motor planning, experience in Occupational Therapy (OT) or Physical Therapy (PT) would be a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with her in a respectful and empowering manner, presuming competence at all times.
• Adapt to and learn her unique communication style.
• Assist with hygiene and daily living activities.
• Accompany her on community outings and volunteer activities to foster friendships and community involvement.

Requirements:

• PA Criminal Background Clearance and FBI Clearance (if residing outside PA within the last 2 years).
• A clean driving record is essential.

Available Shifts:

• Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Multiple positions - We are building a new team!
