Role Summary:This role is responsible for executing on the strategy for cargo operations and employees at Alaska Airlines (AS). As a people leader, the Manager Cargo Guest Services, leads and establishes priorities for the team to cultivate a high-performance culture to drive and increase warehouse efficiencies while maintaining a safe and productive environment, ensuring customer service excellence.

Salary Range: $90,400 -- $135,600 / year Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity): $99,440 - $149,160 Salary Details:Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
