We hire at our eight store locations: Avon, Akron, Hudson, Garfield Heights, North Canton, Strongsville, Valley View & Willowick.

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible individual who thrives in an outdoor setting and can operate front-end loaders at our North Canton location. Our dedicated and skilled Lead Loader/Operator will oversee and perform loading operations, assist with on-site logistics, and train team members in safe and efficient equipment usage. This role is essential in maintaining operational flow, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a safety-first culture.

The Lead Loader/Operator will be a full-time, year-round position. They will handle the loading and unloading of materials for customers, train new operators, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate orders. This hands-on role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to support a high level of service and maintain safety standards.

Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and smell.
• The employee must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts, and is frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions and vibration.
