Originally opened in 2016 along the shore of Limetree Beach within Limetree Beach Resort, Lanai offers a one of kind location and quintessential Caribbean beachfront dining experience. Lanai offers innovative and refined seafood-forward island fare, and a lively bar program featuring Caribbean-inspired cocktails.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Bar Manager supports the Beverage Director and General Manager in building a cohesive team and creating & maintaining a beverage program that inspires and satisfies guests. Alongside the management team, this individual will assist in creating an environment of fun, warm and relaxed hospitality. The right candidate must have the ability to manage people and the ability to bring creative solutions to the table. This person must have a solid understanding of managing costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.The ideal candidate is a practiced problem solver, maintains a calm demeanor under pressure, persists to get the job done, and enjoys coaching and working alongside a large team to improve performance and increase retention.
