Job Description

• Assist skilled workers such as fitters, welders, electricians, and technicians in their tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Perform minor repairs, lifting, and manual tasks as needed.
• Support in assembling, painting, or packaging products when required.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks efficiently.

• No formal education is required; a high school diploma is a plus.
• Previous experience as a helper, laborer, or assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the industry.
• Physically fit to handle lifting, standing, and manual labor.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance work.
• Familiarity with basic safety rules and workplace procedures.
