Job Description

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of health experts, data scientists, and digital solution designers to innovate in the health tech space. What You'll Do As a Health Technology Consultant Associate, you'll be part of a small, agile team (typically 3 - 5 members) working to solve complex problems in the health tech sector. Your role will involve engaging directly with clients to enhance their experience and effectiveness using our health monitoring platforms and apps. Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing client needs and health tech trends to develop effective solutions. Formulating hypotheses and testing them to improve our products and services. Communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Implementing strategies in collaboration with clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our technology. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience (typically 5+ years) preferred. Ability to work collaboratively and foster an inclusive environment. Independent problem-solving skills within a broader team context. Comfort in adapting to and navigating ambiguous, evolving situations. Strong analytical thinking and quantitative analysis skills. Effective communication skills in English and local office language(s).
