Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring exceptional service and support for every customer. Hire, train, and manage department managers and staff, providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities. Analyze market trends, sales data, and performance reports to make informed decisions and optimize dealership operations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and community stakeholders. Drive marketing initiatives to promote dealership visibility and brand presence within the community. Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in automotive dealership management, with a focus on leadership and profitability. Strong knowledge of dealership operations, financials, and performance metrics. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on performance and market trends. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
