We are seeking a hard-working Concrete Yard Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the production, handling, and movement of concrete materials, maintaining a clean and organized yard, and supporting production teams as needed. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and experience working in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling : Load and unload concrete products and materials, ensuring they are safely and accurately transported within the yard.
• Mold Preparation and Cleaning : Assist with preparing and cleaning molds for concrete casting; ensure molds are stored properly for future use.
• Quality Control : Inspect concrete forms and finished products for defects, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Concrete Pouring and Finishing : Support in concrete pouring and finishing processes as needed; may assist with leveling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces.
• Yard Maintenance : Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area, removing debris and ensuring materials are safely stored.
• Equipment Operation : Operate forklifts, loaders, and other yard equipment to move and organize materials, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all company safety protocols, wear protective equipment, and report any hazards or incidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Prior experience in a concrete or construction yard environment preferred.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in outdoor conditions, and stand or move for extended periods. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with forklifts or other heavy equipment preferred; willingness to obtain certification if required.
