Job Description

Position: Virtual Executive Assistant / Project Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join our award-winning team! In this role, you will support clients across various industries, providing essential assistance in areas such as executive administration, marketing, web design, social media, strategy, and more. This is a remote, employee position, not a contractor role, with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Handle diverse projects as an executive assistant, including marketing systems, website edits, and managing various third-party platforms.
Create content and oversee social media management.
Ensure quality customer flow and enhance client experience.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports with clients.
Accurately track and report detailed time accounting.
Attend and contribute to regular staff and strategy meetings; lead client meetings.
Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and excel.
Independent, yet capable of collaborating effectively within a remote team.
Extensive experience in customer service, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, and other project management and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creating efficient systems and processes.
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and research-minded, with excellent grammatical skills.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or project manager.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and various project management software.
Exceptional communication skills.
A professional in-home office setup, including a Mac or PC with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a designated workspace.
