About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for its Human Research Protection Program (HRPP). The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong background in human subject protections and federal regulations, particularly in the areas of clinical research and clinical trials. Key responsibilities for this role include promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct in human subjects research, maintaining accreditation by the Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs (AAHRPP), and ensuring compliance with a range of regulations including HIPAA, FERPA, FDA, and NIH OHRP. The Executive Director will also be tasked with strategic planning, risk management, and leading a team that includes three Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) to support researchers and study teams across various disciplines. Applicants for the HRPP Executive Director position at the company should hold a Master's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field. The role requires a candidate with proven leadership skills, exceptional strategic planning, and organizational abilities.
