Picturesque, luxury boutique hotel is seeking a passionate Executive Chef to oversee a food-centric F&B program. Looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented chef with a mix of restaurant and banquet experience who fosters a positive environment and exemplifies thoughtful, motivating leadership. 

Executive Chef Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate on menu and execute dishes of the highest quality
• Maintain a positive work environment through effective, professional communication with other employees and managers 
• Lead, mentor, and train a strong team
• Administrative tasks: ordering, inventory, scheduling, etc.
• Proactively manage costs and labor
• Ensure best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchen

Executive Chef Preferred Requirements:

• 3+ years of senior culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef
• Banquet experience required
• Boutique hotel, luxury hotel, or Forbes starred experience
• Experience in managing inventory and cost controls
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
• Flexibility and adaptability to the property’s needs as they arise
• Passion for both food and guest satisfaction
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays

Compensation includes:

• Base Salary in the range of $130-160k
• Bonus program
