Anarust Inc. is seeking a highly organized proactive and detailoriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This role requires exceptional communication skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing seamless support. This is a fully remote position open to residents or permit holders of the United States.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings across different time zones.
Arrange complex travel itineraries including flights accommodations and ground transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence presentations reports and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Screen and prioritize incoming emails phone calls and other communications.
Coordinate internal and external meetings including preparing agendas distributing materials and taking minutes.
Manage expense reports and track budgets.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Act as a liaison between executives and other internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting seniorlevel executives.
Excellent organizational time management and prioritization skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
Experience with video conferencing and other remote collaboration tools (e.g. Zoom Slack Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problemsolving.
Must be a resident or permit holder of the United States.

Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
