What We're Looking For
Experience:
* 3-6 years of focused experience in environmental law, including representation in regulatory compliance, litigation, and transactional matters.
Expertise:
* In-depth knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, including the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, CERCLA, RCRA, and NEPA.
* Experience in permitting, environmental due diligence, and land use issues.
* Skilled in representing clients in administrative hearings, enforcement actions, and environmental litigation.
* Proficiency in drafting environmental reports, legal opinions, and compliance strategies.
Job Stability:
* Demonstrated commitment to previous roles, with a history of 2+ years in past positions.
Strong Communication:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for clients and navigate complex legal frameworks.
