Job Description
As an Exterior Pro, you are the first point of contact between homeowners and Ironside Exteriors. Your role is to generate leads, educate potential clients on our services, and set appointments for our sales team. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for advancement into sales positions.
Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce Ironside Exteriors.
Generate leads and schedule free consultations with potential customers.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while canvassing door-to-door.
Track leads and appointments in company CRM/software.
Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training to improve skills.
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection.
Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with the public.
No prior experience required—training is provided!
