POSITION SUMMARY: Customer service representative/Data Entry to be responsible for generating and developing new customers, data entry, and receiving inbound calls in a call center environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by entering new customers into our database and assisting with customer service call volume, specifically for single subscriptions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Answer incoming calls, providing excellent, professional, respectful, and helpful service to our customers.
• Accurately enter new customer information into database
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer/service issues and aiding in the resolution of accounts receivable disputes.
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Manager, General Manager, and Operations.
• Acquire a basic understanding of appropriate local recycling guidelines
• Maintain and update customer record as needed
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Competence in using the Internet.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
• Proven experience in data entry and customer service.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This work is typically performed indoors in an office setting. Employee is frequently exposed to routine office noise. On occasion, employee may have a need to enter the garage and/or yard; when necessary, employee will be exposed to loud noise and various weather conditions. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment is required to be properly worn when and where required and will be provided to the employee.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or data entry is a plus
