LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading AI, Software Development company and they are looking for a Junior Part Time Recruiter to join their dynamic and growing team dedicated to bringing in top talent to help drive our success.


We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Part-Time Recruiter to assist our HR team with sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment or build on their existing experience in the field.



Junior Part-Time Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment databases
• Help manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assist with any other recruitment-related tasks as needed

Junior Part-Time Recruiter Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude
• Basic knowledge of recruitment practices or a strong willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with job boards/social media platforms
