We are seeking a project manager to join our team! Positions are year-round, full-time, and long term! Our team of clean, respectful, hardworking individuals sets us apart from other construction companies. We understand the value of team members and will treat you WELL! We mean it!

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.

• Obtain necessary permits.

• Order supplies, tools, and equipment.

• Manage a construction superintendent and oversee their work.

• Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports.

• Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.

• Ensure that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed.

• Use software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

You must pass a drug and alcohol test. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
