Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our remote team. This role involves working on regulatory coordination for oncology studies, particularly focusing on phase 1 trials. The position is a 12-month contract, requiring 40 hours per week, and operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Responsibilities

• Manage initial submissions and amendments for clinical trials.
• Handle submissions for startup and continuation of studies.
• Pre-screen patients and conduct chart reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Coordinate with study teams to meet regulatory requirements.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research.
• 2+ years of experience with phase 1 trials.
• 2+ years of experience in oncology.
• Experience with pre-screening patients.
• Proficiency in chart review and EMR systems.
  
  

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Work Environment

The position operates remotely with normal business hours. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
