Insight Global is seeking a CAD/Drafting Technician to join a team of professionals executing system integration efforts for the Navy and US Marine Corps in Charleston, SC.
This individual will get design direction from the team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and transfer that information into 3D CAD models and 2D drawing data. - Associates degree in related discipline
- Experience in designing with SolidWorks
- Microsoft experience
- Knowledge of ASME standards
- Hands on experience with Creo CAD software (versions 7 and on)
- Ability to create drawings and designs using SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD Software and AutoCAD 2D for Technical Data Packages
- Can understand and create drawings based on ASME Standards
