Job Details
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a bookkeeper who possesses excellent proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. This person will be responsible for the management and upkeep of a variety of client's financials. They will need to possess strong communication skills as they will not only need to communicate with clients, but also internally as the goal will be for this individual to eventually oversee and manage all of the accounting and bookkeeping operations of the firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update financial records for clients.
Process and manage client invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
Reconcile accounts and prepare regular financial reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage and record financial data.
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their financial records and needs.
Work closely with the internal accounting team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Prepare to take on increased responsibilities and eventually oversee all accounting and bookkeeping operations of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience required
Proficiency with QuickBooks is required
