Local State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking friendly, outgoing, individuals to join our team. This is a part-time in-office position and you must be able to commute to our Orange, CA location. Must be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. College students are welcome to apply. Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
