Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench Jeweler to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for detail, extensive knowledge of fine jewelry craftsmanship, and the ability to create and repair sophisticated, high-quality pieces. This role is perfect for a professional who takes pride in their work and thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly fabricate, assemble, and repair fine jewelry pieces with precision and care
  • Set gemstones securely in intricate settings, including prong, bezel, pave, and channel
  • Perform advanced soldering, polishing, and finishing techniques to achieve a flawless result
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to innovate and bring new concepts to life
  • Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a bench jeweler in a high-end jewelry environment
  • Mastery in working with gold, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones
  • Strong understanding of jewelry design principles and the ability to interpret design sketches
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing impeccable work
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic studio setting
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CAD design software and modern jewelry-making technologies
  • Knowledge of custom jewelry creation and restoration techniques
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed high-quality jewelry pieces
