Certification Details
• Active Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Job Details
• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered.
• Banner has a specific cover page! Please vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in.
• Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
• All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
• All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
• All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays.
• All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Job Requirements
• 24 months minimum of current Radiation Therapy experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Driver's License

Additional Details
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
• Please add vaccination status in the submission notes.
• Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.
• Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
• Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
