Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Corporate Associate Attorney or similar role.
3. Extensive knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.
4. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
6. Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state.
9. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
10. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
